At any time during your stay, you can contact our team. Ask your questions in French or English, request tourist advice or recommendations. We can recommend good addresses and a list of restaurants. The reception is open 24 hours a day, with a night porter on duty.

Breakfast is served buffet-style from 7:00 to 10:00 on weekdays and from 7:00 to 11:00 on weekends and public holidays. You'll enjoy pastries, various types of bread, fruit, organic eggs, a variety of cheeses, bacon, cereals, and more.

The buffet breakfast is open to all and costs €15 per person (€7.50 per child aged 4 to 12). Served in your room, it costs €16.

You can also opt for an Express Breakfast at the Lounge Bar or in the breakfast room (1 pastry or toast, 1 hot drink, and 1 fruit juice) for €7.50 per person.

Parking solutions Simplify your stay in Vichy

The Hôtel Les Nations does not have its own parking lot. Upon arrival, while you drop off your luggage, we offer a drop-off point right in front of the hotel. There are paid public parking spaces located around the hotel, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Saturday.

The Les Célestins underground car park is 400m away. It costs €15 for 24 hours. Please consult the parking map.

Best Available Rate: Cancellation free of charge until 2:00 PM on the day
Early Booking, Last Minute, or Prepaid Rate: Non-changeable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable

When booking a stay of more than 5 nights, a deposit of 30% of the total amount will be required. Cancellation fees vary depending on the timeframe and are calculated as follows:

More than 30 days before arrival: No cancellation fees
Less than 30 days before arrival: The deposit is retained or carried over to a stay within the same year

In the event of a no-show, the hotel will charge the first night. Early booking and last-minute reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
